Some great options for first time buyers in and around Madison this week, including two Eastmorland listings! As a former Eastmorland resident, I highly recommend the neighborhood. Also, there are several properties from past weeks' Housing Highlights that are still active and have had price reductions. So maybe we're seeing the market start to tilt a little bit towards buyers as we move towards the end of the year.
